3. Participation in projects
Participation in real estate projects through Earnoutba involves risks inherent to the real estate market. Participants should understand that past returns do not guarantee future results, the value of investments may fluctuate, there is a risk of partial or total loss of invested capital, and return timelines may vary according to market conditions.
4. User obligations
As a user of the Platform, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information, use the Platform only for legal purposes, not attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems or data, respect the intellectual property rights of Earnoutba and third parties, and immediately notify any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual property
